The evidence
proclaims
There is
another of my kind
The laws of physics
play their part
To put him
where I’ll find.
But he could
look right past me
Because I
don’t know how to show
That which
is on the inside
And then he’d
never know.
And he could
pass right by me
Not knowing
what he’s missed
Because
nobody looks for
What they
think does not exist.
I’ll make the
leap to bare my soul
In case he’s
not as strong
I’ll show my
heart to you, my friend,
And hope
that I’m not wrong.
